If the message "You cannot apply for prepayment today" appears and the prepayment limit is not displayed, this is not a glitch or error.

Your employer has not yet registered your attendance data.

The details of the cause are as follows in ① to ③.

① If the attendance data has not been registered

The payroll prepayment service is based on actual attendance and this is reflected in the prepayment limit.

Therefore, your employer needs to register the attendance data of its employees with the payroll prepayment service.

We cannot inform you of when the attendance data will be registered, so please confirm this with your employer.

② If it's the day after the payroll deadline

The payroll prepayment service allows you to apply for advance payment of your salary for the current month until the day of the payroll deadline.

Therefore, the day after the payroll deadline, the prepayment limit will be reset to 0 yen and applications cannot be submitted.

*If the previous month's attendance is registered after the deadline, it will not be reflected in the prepayment limit.

Please be sure to submit your application by the day of the payroll deadline.

③ If you have not reached the required amount to apply

1) If the registered attendance data has already been used up

If you have used up your prepayment limit, and the next attendance record has not been registered yet, you will be unable to submit an application.

Please wait for your attendance record to be registered by your employer.

2) If the registered attendance data is less than 1000 yen

The payroll prepayment service allows you to apply for advance payment in increments of 1000 yen, so if the total amount of your registered attendance data is less than 1000 yen, you cannot apply.

Please wait for your next attendance record to be registered by your employer.

3) If the monthly usage limit has been reached

To prevent fraudulent use, each employee is limited to 300,000 yen per month including service fees.

*The maximum amount may vary depending on the company you work for. Please refer to your employer for more information.

④ When advanced deductions have been set, and the amount you have is less than the deducted amount

If the company you work for has set an advance deduction amount, you will not be able to apply if your prepayment limit does not reach the set amount.

*The advance deduction amount is set so that you cannot apply for prepayment until the 'prepayment limit exceeds a certain amount'.

If an advance deduction amount is set, there should be an announcement from your employer about it.

If a message appears as in the image, please wait until your employer has properly reflected the amount.

⑤ While maintenance is being performed

A screen similar to the image will appear every third Sunday from 11:30pm for maintenance and when temporary maintenance is required.
