You, the employee, must register yourself, so please make sure to check.

① You did not receive the email because of your inbox settings

Payroll prepayment service invitation emails are sometimes blocked through inbox settings for those using docomo, au, SoftBank email addresses.

Please check the following before submitting an inquiry through the payroll prepayment service.

docomo inbox settings / rejection settings (external site)

au inbox settings (external site)

SoftBank spam and inbox permission settings (external site)

iCloud mail (external site)

Please change your settings to receive emails from "[email protected]" or change your domain settings to receive emails from "payme.tokyo".

*Please check all of your mail folders including the spam folder.

If you have trouble changing your inbox settings, please consider making a new email address with Gmail or another service. (You can make a Gmail account [here] https://support.google.com/mail/answer/56256?hl=ja)

After making a new email address, please include it in the message when submitting an inquiry through the payroll prepayment service.

② Your email address is not valid.
